Development partners
In Spring 2011, WizIQ announced an agreement with Instructure to integrate our virtual
classroom with their Canvas LMS. That commitment came to fruition on October 18th,
2011, when WizIQ launched Version 1.0 of its Virtual Classroom Plugin for Canvas,
adding Instructure customers to the growing list of schools and organizations who
can launch the WizIQ Virtual Classroom right from within their LMS of choice.
WizIQ also launched developer.wiziq.com,
in summer 2011 and began devoting additional resources to developing powerful integrations
with the web tools that matter most to educators. This site provides extensive documentation
and code samples for developers wishing to integrate various web properties and
tools with WizIQ. Going forward, this site will become increasingly community-oriented
with independent developers and the WizIQ development team all contributing code
and support for new integration and extension projects.
