Abstract:
Moodle for Teachers (M4T) training workshop takes place on a Moodle website called Integrating Technology for Active Lifelong Learning (IT4ALL). The main objectives of the M4T workshops are to provide participants, who have never used Moodle or who would like to enrich their previous Moodle experiences, with the knowledge and skills to design, navigate a Moodle course, access resources and activities from a student perspective, and practice the same resources and activities in the team and class sandboxes as teachers.
Objectives:
Develop a working knowledge of Moodle as a learning management system for fully online and blended learning environments (a combination of face-to-face and online learning)
1. Learn about and apply Moodle features such as profile, navigation, browsers and settings, participants, discussion forums, assignment upload, chat, wiki, and blog.
2. Create content using Moodle activities and resources.
3. Work collaboratively with emphasis on teamwork, communication, sharing activities, and critical reflection.
Outline:

The asynchronous will be conducted on the Moodle and the synchronous learning environment will be conducted on WizIQ through the M4T workshop.
