In real sense the gender issues are inevitable.we as teachers some time may be doing things thinking we are doing correctly though not.You cannot judge by your self so I'm asking my fellow teachers if we real want to know how we are behaving in our classes,then we have to invite other teacher to assess us.You might find yourself either asking questions to the same people or same gender all the time
