I had 78 inmates under my supervision and I had to design their individual learning plans in order to get their DEC. I was also teaching compulsory subjects, such as French grammar and literature.

I managed to get back the association's finances on track and even get some of our money back after it had been poorly administrated by the developer/builder. I fired and hired new contractors and implemented an efficient administration. When I left Montreal to move to Ottawa, the association's finances were in real good shape.
