We are a group of teachers working with various engineering colleges as HOD, Asst. Professors etc.
In 2011, in our 5 months training program, 12 out of 22 students cleared GATE and 34 out of 35 students were successfully selected in various campus interviews with many students getting placed in 3-4 companies.
Withing a span of 6 months, we were able to improve the overall pass percentage of the IT department at SRIT from 68 % to 93 %.
We also train students for various competitive examinations like GATE, CAT etc. and many of our students have been selected in top-notch institutes.
We conduct several free workshops at various engineering institutes to help students prepare for various entrance examinations and campus interviews.

During my tenure at Honeywell, I was actively involved in recruitment and training of new team members. The newly selected team members were trained on C++, Product Architecture and Software Design of Flight Management System and Validation & Verification of Software (White Box, Integration, Grey Box and System Testing).
I designed and delivered training on C++, FMS Architecture, and VectorCast tool. Features such as Design Patterns using C++, Templates, Run time polymorphism, Standard Template Libraries, Run Time Type Identification were part of the training.
I received several awards for contribution towards improving team efficiency, mentoring team mates and designing the training material which is now used by various other teams as well.
I was also the innovation focal of NGFMS V&V team and won several awards for out of box thinking and generating maximum new ideas from the team.
