Biographical Note
Tom O’Brien is a homeopathic practitioner and lecturer who has been in practice in the field of community mental health, psychology and psychotherapy for the last 20 years, encompassing social psychology, social psychiatry and social work. His special area of interest is in the application of homeopathy in mental health and psychotherapy, including depression, griefwork, social phobia and panic disorder. He is a registered psychotherapist and registered homeopath, who lectures in Ireland and in the United Kingdom. He also supervises homeopathic practice and psychotherapy interventions in addiction and family work.
Tom maintains a private clinical practice in natural medicine using homeopathic therapeutic methods & remedies, and also including Dr. Edward Bach Flower Remedies and Dr. Wilhelm Schuessler Tissue Salts alongside psychotherapy and Mindfulness-Related Stress Management. These interventions are all part of personal psychological growth and physical/emotional well-being.
