Great presentation, well thaught through. However, if we define quality in terms of meeting and exceeding customer expectations, then the differences between TQM and Six Sigma becomes very marginal, with TQM implementation adopting the DMAIC framework.
By all standards, the presentation is great. Thanks for adding to our stock of knowledge.
