Introduction Concept:-I have often wondered on these sayings, Make hay while the sun shines: The Sun shines always everyday, but do we see the hay as SUCCESS or Sun as a SUCCESS symbol. A Rolling Stone seldom gathers a moss: The Student who is like a rolling stone keeps on studying and ultimately gathers “Degrees” or “few degrees” in Moss sense. Hard work and no play makes Jack a dull boy: If hard work is supposed to make or bring in SUCCESS, then how come Jack still remains or is still exampled till today as useless and a dull boy. Nothing succeeds , like SUCCESS: Whatever happens is for the good of those who are in the TOPPERS category, they only succeed, if in every sense it is taken. Then, what about those who are below average, should they be doomed to never shine out ? God helps those, Who help themselves !! What about those who did not get the goodwill of being helped by themselves, does GOD ever help them, how far? To ERR is Human, but to forgive is DIVINE: Have we nowadays erred at being so self-egotistical that we have forgotten the good old days when there was a virtue in giving help to others? Do we forgive all those who have done us bad or told about us badly to others? A Miser counts his pennies everyday, a farmer his chickens: When the miser and a farmer are both prone to counting albeit different things of their daily concern, do we continue such a tradition in our own life? Just because, someone elderly in our family told us to do so and so by experience!! Angels fear, wherever FOOLS want to tread: Does that ever mean that one should remain an Angel to see an Angle of SUCCESS, or Fools are supposed to tread in activities forever stamped on their foreheads as, “USELESS.” Time and tide do not wait even for SUCCESS: Time has its own function, “USE IT IN GOOD WORKLOAD AND REAP ITS FRUITS,” But TIDE does not favor anyone too. So, it meant either you go with the sheep-following attitude and get destroyed by the tide-over, or take your own time to sort out your SUCCESS paths. A Bird in hand is better (Worthy) than two in the bush: Does this mean that whatever you have, be satisfied with it and do not seek out for anything different? Careers or anything in life !! Bird-brained people do choose that and just home-sit. They never try differently. Family support spells a SUCCESS parameter: -We are all by products of our own family familiar environs. Each child in the traditional musing; is given such a phrase, “Every child has a Mother as his or her first teacher-counselorguiidefriend-parent”; all roles rolled into a single persona. Day in and day out, in traditional family’s children performance is compared with that of a successful adult, such is the truth of living whether it be growing in an urbane city or even a village. Some places or States like Gujarat, M.P, U.P, Haryana, Rajasthan and Bihar; where the family-head has a commanding role for playing SUCCESS as a duty. His beck-and-call is to be perceived or face the harsh reality of being compared with other successful siblings; whether they stay within the family or are outside India, job-wise or for studies abroad. SUCCESS definition ( from Wikipedia): Success may mean, but is not limited to: a level of social status achievement of an objective/goal the opposite of failure SUCCESS (By Collins School Dictionary) Definition: 1. Achievement of something attempted. 2. Attainment of Wealth, fame or position. 3. Successful person or thing. Self-growth interests do add to a SUCCESS state: Who said there was no fun in writing poems, telling jokes, or painting a picture or drawing a Cartoon ? If that was the case, then there would not be programmes on Disney Channel titled =”M.A.D” that explored fun-filled activities for kids. Creating a sense of utilizing best out of waste placed objects. If some people like watching Charlie Chaplin, Laurel and Hardy, or even Michael Jackson movies or performances; can you say that they are having a SUCCESS interest. Essay-writing, Reading, Spelling weaknesses can be remedied by the SUCCESS reworking: We have our own ideas in Essays and also writing them. But when teachers get down to schooling, some of them do not follow a set pattern of dictating or writing out the essay on the chalkboard. Should we not let the child’s imagination to dwell freely, when a topic as, “Mahatma Gandhi” is given, and let the child to imagine and write down all the anecdotes, incidents, make their own dialogues or stories on “Father of the Nation”, rather than indoctrinating them with a Babbage of information down their tender minds. When someone reads, “BAPU, as he was pondly (Fondly) remember-red (remembered),” Does that mean the person has had no education at all or no practice at all in reading sessions of Radiant Reader Books? Students write spellings wrongly, such as = Characterised for “Characterized” Intiative for “initiative” Consumuption for “consumption” Metamorforis for “metamorphosis” Shool for “School” Consignity for “ consanguinity” Common-table for “commendable” Histroy for “history” Egglish for “English” Amenmeter for “Anemometer” Browmeter for “Barometer” Thermstat for “themostat” Flase for “false” Fask for “Flask” Now it is a job and an art of the Educational Counselor who has learnt the Neuro-linguistics Programming, to be able to give a therapy to the individual cases applying the principles and models of NLP. Take an example of a pre-supposition, “If a thing does not work, try reworking it or do something else ( in a more better and modified way)” Do you see a way out of those misspelt words as given above can be remedied, not here; but in individualistic needs. Success: An Art, attained in diction!! On seeing the above wrongly written words, one gets to understand, that there was weakness or wrongful communication with the mind whilst forming or imaging the word-image of all of them. So there was a candid, breakup in the visual processing pattern that affected all the above words being stored wrongfully in ones mind; thereby being reproduced disastrously. Here, SUCCESS can be reworked in words writing practice; carefully till a correctness level is achieved. It can be remedied by the use of NLP principle of “Smaller CHUNKS to BIGGER Chunking,” moving from smaller words /ideas practicing, then to those which have 12-lettered alphabets, whence sufficient mastery has been attained in diction. It’s an art, writing correctly from the sounded-recall of the word. SUCCESS: A Dream or hobby passé!! Well, if some child after seeing Michael Jackson dance from his dance-video “THRILLER,” having his signature moonwalk starts to copy that or takes a training with local dance master in hip-hop and ultimately gets selected to dance in a television program like , “CHAK-DHOOM-DHOOM” Or even “BOOGIE-WOOGIE.” Is that not, SUCCESS in child-terms? Why does it upset every parent every time in trying to find out SUCCESS meanings in a grown-ups sense? Had the child not learnt dancing, with all his interest and with a certain trance-formation in his psyche; then can we hope to have a better transformation in his personality? SUCCESS: A Subtler prodigy moulding!! A child of Pt. Ravishankar need not become a sitarist expert; but if little Anoushka did it, it was the greatness of her “Khandaan” or high-bred genes. Similarly, Rohan Tendulkar cannot achieve the greatness of Sachin Tendulkar; but may come closer to his legacy one day after handwork over the years. People with a traditionally head-strong bent in outlook and attitudes of living tend to compare SUCCESS with a successful person in the present or past. Then, they want the very same to happen for their own kids. Forgetting in the process that their kid is a whole individual being and not a Xerox copy or a carbon copy of their idol or idealized perfection idol. But, so what if Film-producer Nasir Hussain could not make it to stardom, and produced better films in the bygone era. Now, Aamir Khan, would not have become what he patiently waited for so many years before unfolding to his film audience in films like,”GHAJINI”,OR“3-IDIOTS” Subtler nuances, liking or disliking shape every individual into being whatever they are destined to be. But, remove hard work and reworking of SUCCESS over the years and each moment is laid a total waste. It is well said, “The stone (read “Raw Individual) cannot be made to shine like a diamond on its own, and it has to be focused, carefully polished, and fitted with proper cut circumstances in life.” SUCCESS: No substitute for regular practice spells Do you think that film-stars don’t have to practice? Then what are,” Takes” and “RETAKES,” which they have to undergo. Shooting a film involves a definite set of hard work, classic techniques and joint efforts. Right from the SPOT-BOY focusing a Baby-Light, till the Film Director , all are alertly involved into practicing the art of better films making; that too in each moment. Otherwise, the general public would never have got to see the classic “Pather-Panchali” (Satyajit Rai directed), Mughal-e-Azam to the more recent “Jodhaa-Akbar” (Sanjay Leela Bhansali directed). “Harry Potter” became a series, so did “Star Wars” and STEVEN SPIELBERG. It is well known fact that young Steven ran errands for famed directors of Hollywood; just for being able to be close to observing them. This created, a SUCCESS experience path for him. He had eventually made a small editing room in the Hollywood warehouse, from where he initially operated and produced his first ever documentary. Amitabh Bachchan, the legend megastar, as he is known, is still known on the sets for turning up in time and wasting no time of the Director. He has a record of sorts, for not giving more than two retakes in any film. This is achieved, only by constancy in practice and keen eye for every detail. To see him in film shooting is never a boredom, but great education even at this progressed age of 70 plus years. His one-line still is, “There is no substitute for hard work and punctuality.” SUCCESS: No fast track chance overnight!! As we all know, Saina Nehwal (Tennis champ), Sachin Tendulkar (Cricket Megastar), VVS Laxman and even Vishwanathan Anand (Chess Grandmaster), did not get success overnight on the fast track lane. Even the “NAU BAJ GAAYE KYAA!!”(Kaun Banega Crorepati, game show) or “KBC”--coined by Puneet Bhatnagar, NLP Master and Ad-media luminary, had to slog it out till night to get SUCCESS rightly. Every education stream degree has a wider application of ingenious iota of preplaanne hard work. Get prepared for it, well in advance. SUCCESS: Rumor-mongers Drain us, Keep away!! The entire world is a “Pandora’s BOX”, with competition peers abounding in almost every field in career life. We get them as well in uninvited larger and smaller packaging. Whether they be from our friend circle or neighbors or more yet our very own family. They have to say, “Do this and do not do that!” “Fear this step and fear that step (in daily work)!” How can we afford to circumvent the tribe of rumor mongers or mongrels? They love to have a totality influence on our minds and decision-making too. For they have nothing else in life but the only goal leftover. That is, precisely to spoil or see our lives go into shreds of pain and anguish with an ultimate rung of failures. Agony aunts too contribute fairly well into this flavor. Just keep away from them, or else you will be drained of your precious daily thought-work energies! Never let them have the upper hand on your minds, for it is the most gullible minds that they relish to feed upon and gloat. “NEEM HAKEEM, KHATRE-JAAN,” so is the saying, which is also time tested to its core. SUCCESS: Balanced Syllabi in Life! In our technological enhanced environments, many persons abound to role playing in our success. Similarly, now there are key role-players, such as “SUCCESS COACHES”, “SUCCESS COUNSELORS” , “SUCCESS ADVISORS”, “SUCCESS ANALYSTS”, “SUCCESS ENGINEERS”, “SUCCESS DOCTORS”, and “SUCCESS DRIVERS”, etc. It would not be bemusing, if in the future there be a new medico-stream of success doctors, titled as “SUCCESS CAREERPATHS.” We have now grown into, highly thinking and creating intellectual beings. It is not succinct for us just to write Odes, plays, poems, novels, and other fictional works. It’s a reality bite. Get it straight in the Educational arena or get fast outpaced in the job arena. That’s the precise syllabi in Life. We work to earn. So also, we educate ourselves to earn. It is notwithstanding to find a collegian, nowadays attending “Career Path” seminars or workshops and also “Career EXPO.” There is big business advertised in our national Newspapers of the courses we can get to attend, its time limit, and benefits. It makes us now a knowing genre of colleging teens. Career Melas or EXPOS, have expert student counselors and Student Advisors. Faculty from foreign universities too are bent on luring away our young minds into courses offered in foreign universities sitting right here from our very homes. “If you have the RICHER MOOLAH, RULE the WORLD,” fits the saying now. This is the newest of the informed syllabi, a current takeover or makeover inspired from the seen SUCCESS of character “CHATUR RAMALINGAM,”in the recent Indian filmfliick “3 IDIOTS.” So, what makes SUCCESS syllabi? Do I have the right SUCCESS Syllabi in my Life? These are some of the pointers that one needs to evaluate in the fast changing global scenarios, if at all we want to make a career abroad or at home fronts. This has been even more so important with the on growing or rather burgeoning careers in multi-national firms. We now have the right English speaking classes for ultimately taking up a career in business process outsourcing (BPOs) of fast track moolah earning in our local “CALL CENTERS.” Be a SUCCESS user, not just GIZMOS user!! Many youngsters are now into the “PS3” platform gaming genre. They are content at joining the great league of online gamers, and not being careerists. Some do grow up to become “GAMING DEVELOPERS” or “GAME ENGINEERS” or “GAME ANIMATORS,” All the rest are content with joining whatever courses are available in the market based on the sheepish mentality of “Yo BABY! This GIZMO (or course) rocks man.” This feeling is aroused by many of the people following MBA (Retail, Finance, HR, Marketing, Event Management, Hospitality), MMS, BBA, MCA, Fashion Designing, M.Sc (Clinical & Medical Transcription). Eventually, these youngsters drop out of the course after a year if they do not progress well. What a waste of time, money, energy and talent? This is not a boon, but a booming ill affected our progressing techno-savvy society. Going to the right educational counselor is akin to going to the doctor when suffering from fever. Nip the ailment in the bud and be wiser by the efforts. SUCCESS Quest: Decide in a learned manner. Nowadays many courses are being offered online and off-line too. With a plethora of choices and fields galore, one has to judiciously separate the “Wheat from the chaff!!” The saying is held in esteemed importance as the trends of fast track education are overwhelming the minds, hearts and souls of the newbie learners. So, the SUCCESS QUEST has begun well from the later 1990s, and the pattern is more here to stay with World Economies that are pouncing on our local fronts to establish colleges, Universities and learning centers. There is a wider range of courses now available and Foreign Courses have flexible patterns or credit-ratings based learning introduced. This feature is not in constancy on our local University Courses Syllabi and Exams structure. There is undoubtedly, a quest race amongst the peers to outshine each other in their courses. But, it should not overtake the need to decide on a course in a better counseled or informed manner. Remember that SUCCESS achieved by blindly following a popular course and then discovering that there are fewer jobs in the local markets, leaves a despairing feeling among the lower middle-class learner. It is they who suffer the most as; the sense to get educated at any costs is rapidly engulfing their family stratum. “Decide in a learned manner,” should be ones motto now, with no place for completing things in a hurry. SUCCESS: Increase own credit ratings. “Rome was not built in a day,” so still goes the saying. Therefore, carefully utilize your daily work schedule timings; to fit in space for whatever extra things or hobby that your pursue, E.g.-“Yoga, Aerobics, SQUASH,Swimming,Cricket,Swimming,Chess, etc.” If I have the resources, I can plan well ahead by joining the local library or event or workshop. Say for example, I want to become an expert Painter or Theatre Actor; then it will be well advised to join a local class for the same in addition to the regular stream pursued by me. I may be doing MBA, but my free time hobby maybe interested in “SPA-Culture” that is to both later-on be as an earning career for me when I join a five-star hotel offering “SPA-services” and will also help in unwinding my keener senses. Hence, an extra certified course in “SPA Management” or part-time jobbing will definitely increase my present credit-rating. It will make me Industry Certified personnel and not just a plain MBA. Plan, undertake and empower your SUCCESS time. “TIME and TIDE wait for NONE,” so goes the famed saying. It will be wiser to adhere to time and plan your daily game plan in achieving your targets accordingly. Set a role, enlarge it, rework on it and expand it to get the finality of SUCCESS for you. It is also said that, “God helps those who help themselves.” If you want to stand ahead of the maddening crowd of the New Age Educated jobbers, then you must do that extra research in your field and comb every source for SUCCESS. Educational counselors are the right persons to help you out on this path. NLP-practitioners have been specially trained to see SUCCESS reworking for your sole needs. So, what are you waiting for “JUST DO IT” meaning plan, undertake and empower that every important step towards a shining SUCCESS in your life. Picture a celebrity story but see your SUCCESS path. In the olden days, I dreamed of becoming someone as famous as the local newspaper columnist KHUSHWANT SINGH—“WITH MALICE TO ONE AND ALL”, and the famed cartoonist-“YOU SAID IT,” R K LAXMAN; or even the megastar AMITABH BACHCHAN. Coming to recent times, the contemporary writer SHOBHA DE, or further a tele-serial “Comedy Soap Anchor” actor KRISHNA. Sometimes, I do dream of making it big in the tinsel-town just like, SALMAN KHAN (BIGG BOSS, Season 4), Shahrukh Khan, or even Aamir Khan produced film --“PEEPLI LIVE” famed character of NATHAA portrayed so effectively that it readily sank into the local theatrical buffs hearts. Choose whatever ANCHOR that dreams in your minds picture and do get truly inspired by them; but do not go on blindly following them in your real life. Remember always that, “Celluloid world is not REALITY WORLD, but only fraction of a real world portrayed.” Film world or the reel-world as it is so popularly called, can never hope to replace the hardest of the harder real life work world. So never be disillusioned of going as a REEL character, see the BIG PICTURE; perceive as yourself in the real world and analyze or ANCHOR accordingly in whatever course that you are studying. Paint your own SUCCESS picture. There are effective ways to study pattern your future earning capacities, and paint your own SUCCESS picture. It all comes with the phrase, “A careful planning a day, keeps the FAILURES at bay,” which is akin to and adapted form of the phrase, “An APPLE a day, keeps the doctor away.” People in the villages dreaded the epidemics of SMALLPOX, TYPHOID, DENGUE and MALARIA, so much so that they feared going to the doctor or Public Health Center in the village and instead made a beeline to the local witch-doctor or soothsayer. They were gullible, as their minds could be anytime influenced by the soothsayers or neighbors too. Independency of decisions was and still is the main authoritative right of the power wielding elder in the mofussil village or towns even today; wherein the rays of modern day education and computer based education haven’t made a deeper foray. The film, “PEEPLI LIVE” tends to draw out a satire on such tendencies that ail our understandings in society even today. Get into SUCCESS model, not a ROBOT model. “SUCCESS AT ANY COSTS,” is a widely held true motto of NEW--IPOD generation teenagers, as also the Collegians across the country. They have little time to sit-down, in “SUCCESSthinnking and are keener on XBOX, PSP3, Cyber game playing, Ipod toting for songs, etc. We have turned ourselves into GAGGED-Gadget gizmos and non-thinking pure “Gobbling whatever is offered in Cyber-games”. SUCCESS…well what are you talking about man? Such will be the modern day quipping of a youngster. “NEVER HEARD of SUCCESS GAME PLAN, no time man!!” is another reply we get. The constancy of spate in educational suicide attempts (since last two years, in XIIth varied Exam results failures CBSE Boards and regular Boards) in New Delhi, and other metros have seen such immensity of rat-race classes and refresher courses. Instead of being a good SUCCESS models these classes or institutions have taken its toll well on the gullible average student who have turned into a neurotically weaker unthinking genre. Such blind allegiance to courses and education cult-making factory is unavoidable evil of the modern day roboting model in education field. Are we just then turning ourselves into ROBOTIC models and not real SUCCESS paradigms? So now, it belies on you whether your mainstay is to, “Get into your own SUCCESS Model,” and not any ROBOTIC Model in education scenario. There should never be a dialogue, “I joined because my friend joined that course too!!” Others achieved, “I CAN” SUCCess now (Self-Growth Model): I cannot compare those Learning nuances with directly pure Money-spinning, as there is a strong penchant within a regular middle class Indian household. “You study to EARN DAILY BREAD, GROWING OUR VANSH, not for SUCCESS. Girls are never meant to be educated!!” Orthodox attitudes traditionality bespeaks here. Education scenarios have changed wee bit. The Sixth Pay Commission package was announced in Centre and the States, with a special impactive focus on spreading the girl child education taken as a frontline decision. More women are now joining varied technical fields now, as opposed to the once held male bastion. But, the foreign universities and jobs allure has still back-seated our Indian scene achievements. Is this truly a gift of the 60-years Freedom that we have given ourselves? We need to change the bigger picture to see SUCCESS in as much as a pageant to student needs. Teenagers, career aspirants, have a burning desire to do more abroad, as also do the technologically trained ex-alumnus student fraternity. Younger collegians do not have a liking to lead a happy and contented life taking the simple joys in helping each other in whatever small way into boosting the Indian working Economy. They still crave at achieving MBA, PMT, BMS, Grad. IETE, Foreign Emigration on job fronts, etc. Mugging objective answer patterns rather understanding was the SUCCESS trendsetter traditionally updated. We gloat in attending posh-located networked classes for the above approach course refreshers. Well that is another trend. Come whatever may, and come as to whatever costs. Globalised Learning Strategies (like, NLP) help SUCCESS. The “WORLD IS YOUR STAGE, AND YOU ARE AN ACTOR IN IT,” Now there is a sea-change in what the world has to offer to each individual. Whether one wants to become a Financial ANALYST , HR-HEAD , Retail Manager, Department Store Manager, Financial Lending Institutions Cadres or even proper EVENT MANAGING , like Commonwealth Games 2010 complete with the opening ceremony Laser Show lighting and DRUMMERS spectacle. Such wide spectrums of careers await the choice of modern day learners. So also, is the availability of Books, Seminars, and Workshops by local and Foreign Universities!! The course structure too has achieved a broad frame working to the benefit of the Learner. If a student is weaker in Language one can better up their own understanding and level of applying the English Language in their daily usage to engineer a certain degree of SUCCESS. NLP-practicing counselors can help where an ordinary career counselor cannot. This is distinctly an added advantage to a young and indecisive learner’s mind, which does often lack in the directionality of approach. Neuro-linguistics has come into the forte as being one field involving the MIND-TECHNOLOGY and generating SUCCESS. Create your own SUCCESS MIND MAP. Our educational system is Non-Credits parts based, as you finish the studied portion you are allotted a Credit Rating, as do some foreign universities. Nor is it suited to needs or the upcoming needs of the slowest of the slow paced learners. Learning at a self growth pace and time is still a distant dream concept. Though distance education has carved out an understandable presence herein. Still much remains to be done. We have put in courses even in the Distance Streams which speak of heavily syllabi-completion orientation rather than cater to the available time needs of the students. Herein, lays the ingenuity of the student learner in creating a SUCCESS MIND MAP. We still speak of completing the portion of study in a jiffy and holding of exams routine-based to educate learners; rather than concentrate efforts to study the SUCCESS rates or educational output capacities of the Learners. What is responsible for all this latency in our attitudes? Considering that, every learner is a potential working and contributing citizen to our nation’s growing economy. Set aside sometime everyday to THINK SUCCESS: Let every learner, set aside even ten-twenty minutes on an average daily basis in order to think on his or her ways to SUCCESS implementing. You may note down the salient points, discuss the course to be taken with your studies counselor or NLPCounsselor This will entail your career preparedness on a daily worked basis rather than doing it on the last moment or after the finality of educational course result has arrived after the Xth, XIIth or even B.A/B.Com/B.E. /B.Sc/B.Tech Graduation Levels. Normally, middle class parenting has the set ideology of following other’s suit in the last available moment. Such a trend is not seen now or in the fewest rates in Metro cities in India. We are still, now unaware of the usefulness of an IQ TEST or even CAREER COUNSELING at the local residential areas of suburbs in MUMBAI. Although, News media printed editions online and physically have started the trends. E.g.: “Hindustan Times” has a workshop arranged to inform the students & parents to get the best out of their wards chosen career by inviting talks with experts and guest speakers at the various venues in Mumbai. DRINK WATER filtered, now filter your SUCCESS too. It is a well known fact to “DRINK WATER filtered” so that germs do not access your bodily systems. In the same way, analogically we do have to filter our own SUCCESS too, by reworking every single step towards the finality in achieving our hard earned goal. Just as we detest the very idea of falling sick, similarly we must also take precautions of not falling into the wrong career just because our friend suggested it for us. We must take the due time, to sit down and picture this. We must muster enough courage to analyze our educational study patterns as a movie. Each and every frame or dialogue should follow and not fool around with the next. So, what are you waiting for , just get up and filter the right amounts of positivistic planning on a daily basis so that less remains in the end for achieving. Also we can be now sure to have eliminated the pebbles, dirt and the muck from our life if we are able to FILTER OUR SUCCESS in the right daily directions. Follow your heart and MIND your own business for it is your own life that you are so responsible in leading ahead. If you do just that, someday you may be seen as a SUCCESS icon in your own field. I know of news, where a middle class family girl had a hobby of wine-tasting. Traditionally, this area of work was viewed as a MALE BASTION. She one day persuaded her MIND and HEART into leaving the set career as a BANKER and set-up a winery business. Now that’s an iconic stature achievement. She was successful in filtering in SUCCESS strategically for her. There is now a website, www.tulleeho.com which caters to wine-tasting, brewing news and certificate course on making cocktails,etc. Somebody had to conceptualize this website according to the present day societal needs and filter it down to suit the tastes of the commerce and trade and even earn out of it in the long run. List your shortfalls, as a stepping stone to SUCCESS: We can do best to avoid failures at the last instance, by being able to analyze our shortfalls or short-comings. Nobody told our parents, on the course they have to take to ultimately succeed in their jobs. The 20s to 1980s did not even have the concept of having an expert counselor to guide a person’s career leave alone to manage it. In the past twenty years, life and work has changed a lot with the onslaught of technological progress made. We now have “CAREER COACHES”, ‘Career Advisors’ and “Career Counselors” too. They have helped us to effectively test us in the ground we stand vis-à-vis our future career cultivation. We now have to be able, “Career Farmers” or lose out to the daily job-scenario competition. Just as never before newer fields, like ---“TELEMEDICINE” , “Medical Transcription”, “Medical & Clinical Technologist” and also lesser known avenues of “Graphical Analyst” , or even “Handwriting Analyst” are being sought after by younger genre. A student has to effectively understand what his or her shortfalls are whether they be in the field of English speaking /writing, or even communicating technically in subjects of Science and Technology. Example= ‘If a Medical Transcriptionist wrongfully writes in report of an already chronic Diabetic patient; Infra-Uterine Sarcoma instead of Supra-Duodenal ulcer; you can well see what damage will have been done or HELL WILL UNLEASH at the OPERATION THEATRE.” SUCCESS EFFICIENCY: A CAUSE CELEBRE d’etre..!! Is this, the only, “CAUSE CELEBRE de etre,” of SUCCESS or do we have Somewhat greater reasons to celebrate? Most of the average students are still in the peer tow-lines. Traditionally bound to whatever the local University diktats in terms of Syllabi administering rather than being useful in realizing the student’s needs. Example: If I need Aviation Engineering Course and my Mumbai area college does not have it, I will be forced to opt out of it as a first choice and settle down to other course choices available locally. This is not a good success efficiency cause celebre d’etre!! Then, ultimately it will subconsciously affect in my mind and also lower my performance as a learner. Although , some efforts are being made to harmonize & base courses upon popular principles of SUCCESS, EFFICIENCY, UNIFORMITY,UNIVERSALITY. Such a thought went into establishing a Distance Model in LEARNING at the---IGNOU, YCMOU,INDIRA GANDHI INSTITUTE OF DEVELOPMENT And RESEARCH (IGIDR) as also other local SETUPS. We can now see, from the below example , as to how still the “BRAIN DRAIN” concept has been kept alive by the better facilities, timely promulgation of funds in the foreign universities. “US of America” has got richer by our minds. Each of which has a modernized research-labs oriented paradigm. We have woken-up now privately, albeit in the corporate level to contribute in bits and parts towards the SUCCESS rate achievement in education, as envisaged earlier in whitepaper by the UNO, UNESCO, ECOSOC, World Bank. The National Education Policy, by the initiative of “SARVA SHIKSHAN ABHIYAAN” PROJECT in each State. More is yet to come on asking participative private understanding, efforts and much needs to be done too. SUCCESS will be far from achieved, then, only at the larger conceptual levels. Where are we leading ourselves in this scenario? Who are we trying to convince or fool around ? SUCCESS is there ingrained in the blood of every young at heart Indian. Yet, we fail to convince the same into becoming an effortless or rather flawless National model in engineering a constant level of the “SUCCESS” practicality. FINALLY SPEAKING: SUCCESS QUEST SCENE Few corporate houses have felt the shortfalls in our education system and have started or initiated efforts, example – Tatas have started a community outreach programme to educate on the ways of Learning for Kids., Reliance has – “DHIRUBHAI AMBANI INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL” in Bandra ; Rustomjee Builders have aided “Rustomjee International Baccalaureate School Project” and Wallace-Apeejay Ltd. has chipped in the “Apeejay School” Success project model in Navi-Mumbai. We have turned into Senior citizens now, so to speak in terms of Education scenario since 1950. Most remains still now to be done in terms of reality in the “SUCCESS QUESTION”.
