But as per David Allen “You can't manage time, it just is. What you really manage is your activity during time.
Time Management approaches : Time Management approaches First generation: reminders (based on clocks and watches) can be used to alert of the time when a task is to be done.
Second generation: planning and preparation (based on calendar and appointment books) includes setting goals.

Fourth generation: being efficient and proactive (using any tools above) places goals and roles as the controlling element of the system and favors importance over urgency.

The 80:20 Rule
1.This rule says that typically 80% of unfocussed effort generates only 20% of results. This means that the remaining 80% of results are achieved with only 20% of the effort. While the ratio is not always 80:20.
