Documents : Documents Select Create a new document. You can select any type of document including a word document, presentation, spreadsheet or form.

Presentations : Presentations Start a new presentation just like you would a document. You can also upload an existing Power Point into Google Presentations. Google Presentations uses the same simple, easy to use page layout as Microsoft Power Point.

Spreadsheets : Spreadsheets Since most of us already have Excel spreadsheets created, remember that you can upload them into Google Spreadsheets.
Spreadsheets : Spreadsheets Similar to other spreadsheet applications, Google Docs spreadsheet allows you to enter your data into the respective fields. If you already have a spreadsheet created you can import just like you import/upload a document. You can adjust the size of the cells by moving the lines in the blue shaded areas at the top and to the left of the spreadsheet cells.

Click the “sort” link within the tool bar along the top of the spreadsheet. Click on the “Sort Tab” for more options. You may freeze header rows or columns to prevent them from being included in the sort.

Forms : Forms You can use Google Docs to create an online form. You can then email a link to the form or post a link to the form on your web site. When the participants complete the form and hit submit, the data is dumped into an online spreadsheet.

Sharing with Selected Users : Sharing with Selected Users When you share a file with someone, it shows up in his/her Google Docs Homepage. Only 10 people can edit a document at the same time. However, you can share a document with 200 people. Once the document’s refreshed or auto saved, collaborators will be able to see you changes.
