Slide 2 : What is Stress? The gap between what you are and what you are supposed to be by your self, as you think of your self and as others think about you is called stress. It is basically identity crises.

Slide 3 : Stress is Energy Many of the people think stress is a disease but actually it is energy created within the body and the mind of an individual for higher productivity (provided we have proper attitude towards it). Stress is not negativity but a positive sign. Stress is not incapacity but an active principle. Stress is not a liability but an investment.

Slide 4 : Different kinds of Stress Under-stress: - when the stress energy that is created is leading a person to depression and guilt that situation is called under-stress. Over-stress - when the stress energy that is created is leading a person to hypertension and restlessness that situation is called Over-stress. Stable-stress: -when the stress energy that is created is leading a person to be able to just manage a situation is called Stable-stress. Productive-stress: - when the stress energy that is created is leading a person to be more productive is called Productive-stress. Pleasurable-stress: - when the stress energy that is created is giving pleasure to a person is called Pleasurable-stress.

Slide 5 : Kinds of stresses compared to a martial art fight, where the stress is an opponent Under-stress: - the person is afraid of the fight itself. He becomes nervous and does not want to participate in the fight at all. Over-stress - the person becomes over excited and just wastes his energy before the fight itself. Stable-stress: - the person goes hand in hand with the opponent and gets tired, he is very cautious of not losing the match. Productive-stress: -he uses the opponent’s energy to his advantage. Pleasurable-stress: - at this stage the opponent is no more a opponent but a dancing doll in his hand. At this stage the stress is no more a stress.
