My personal reflection : Since years, we have been looking for more efficient ways to manipulate our environment, we have developed new technologies that help us work, record information and communicate. With every new innovation, the world is forever changed. Technology changes our life however if we don’t adjust to new changes, we may lag behind. ( people who can’t follow/adjust to technology are said to suffer from Technophobia) As technology is growing rapidly, it is important for our children to learn how to use these tools. We need to invest in tools, infrastructure and training. We need to engage students in learning tasks that emphasize creation, manipulation, innovation and knowledge construction My personal reflection 17

Slide 18 : Digital tools improve motivation and are appropriate tools for active engagement in authentic learning tasks. Nowadays, students want to learn with tools that will shape their future. We need to be there to help them how to critically analyse information and to make them experience with these tools safely – Teachers as leaders. Educational leaders have many roles in helping followers to be successful in this rapid developing technology-driven world. 18

Conclusion : Technology being the most powerful dependence Rapid growth in technology. More & more creations/inventions/innovation in education, science, medical, economic, business, industry, fashion, agriculture, etc Educational technology- use of tools to enhance learning and prepare students to adapt to changes in future world.
