Problems with Audio/VideoStreaming ? : Problems with Audio/VideoStreaming ? 1. Select the Allow option before your enter the class.

Slide 5 : 3. Check the Audio/Video Settings in your system. 4. Make sure your audio/video devices are plugged in before launching the class. 5. Also your audio/video devices should not engaged in other activities like Skype.

Slide 7 : Check the status for your content on “My Content “ page. Choose simple formats to create content. Audio/video in power point presentations is not supported. Avoid uploading heavy files directly from desktop.

Use appropriate internet speed required Audio only classes - 512 kbps Audio & Video classes – 1 mbps While conducting class, avoid downloading applications and using web activities that requires huge bandwidth Do not transfer the audio/video controls to the attendees if you are facing audio lag in class. You can also stop sharing your video, this saves bandwidth.

Echo Problems ? : Echo Problems ? Avoid the use of speakers instead use a good quality headsets. Avoid using inbuilt microphone and webcam microphone.

Not able Share Screen ? : Not able Share Screen ? Check if have the latest version of Java installed in your system Install Here :http://java.com/en/download/index.jsp Requires at least 1 mbps of internet speed. Port 1935 should be opened on your system. Make sure that you navigate from the class to reach the screen you want to share.
