Prospect Gateway•Login to NTREIS•Under Prospects tab, select Add New Prospect•Enter the prospects information, Click Save and Continue Prospect SetUp•Under Select a Property Type for a New Search, select Residential•Click Continue •Click to select desired search fields•Click Continue•Enter prospect’s criteria•Click Continue•Enter Search Name and Description•Click Continue•Specify when and how to notify the prospect of new listings•Click Continue•Select Notification message and tickler frequency•Click Continue•Select timeframe and the homepage greeting•Click Continue•Verify email address, message and signature•Click Send Email Now •Add any additional searches or complete
