Each New heading should be on a New Page
Use a Page Break before each heading so that during editing the formatting is not disturbed
Divide all your description in small paragraphs with sub headings
Keep 3 backup copies of your work and also save it in the email storage memory.
All headings should be arranged in a sequence
Slide 5 : High light each heading and select H1 (Heading 1) Style from the tool bar. This will help you in generating the table of contents in the end using Menu Insert / Index and Tables/ Table of Contents option.
Use a page header & footer on each page with page numbers.
Standard font is Times New Roman 12. Use this font and size or a similar one.
Copied work would get no credit.
Same formatting, colors, font and Size should be used through out the documentation.
