A comparative Market Analysis, or CMA is a real estate agent's evaluation, based on local listings and historical sales data, to determine the probable sale price of a property in the current market place. If it's done correctly, a CMA can be the next best thing to an appraisal in approximating the value of a property.
Slide 3 : Enter Search Criteria:
Subdivision: Fannin Farms; City: Arlington
Subject Property: built in 2000; 2500 square feet
4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living areas, 2 dining
2 car garage, no pool
Slide 4 : Check all or desired listings
Select CMA Report
Slide 5 : This is a simple one page CMA
You need to print this to use as a reference for the CMA wizard
Slide 6 : You can make adjustments and customize the one page CMA Report
Slide 7 : Enter desired adjustments

Square footage adjustment will be calculated automatically
Click on calculate
You can also enter a manual price suggestion
