Saving money is never a bad thing.

You will get to use and buy products you never thought you could afford.
Common Misconceptions : Common Misconceptions Couponing is too time consuming.
In the beginning, getting your system down and making your binder does take a lot of time.
Once you have your system down you will only have to spend 1-2 hours a week clipping coupons and planning your trips.
You will learn to stockpile items. As your stockpile grows, your needs go down. That means you will not have to go to the store as much!
Common Misconceptions : Common Misconceptions Couponing is too time consuming.
The 1-2 hours a week is worth the savings you will get in a week. I typically save at least $100-$200 a week. You could save even more than that.
Right now I only plan a couple trips every week. I’ve got a good stockpile up, and you will too in time!
Common Misconceptions : Common Misconceptions Couponing makes me look poor or like I have no money.
Couponing actually makes you look like a smart shopper!
Who cares what others think…they are just jealous because you are saving WAY more money than them!
I was embarrassed to use coupons at first! Now I feel great going into the store using them! I try to help other people sometimes. I’ve been known to give another customer a coupon for something that they had. I hate seeing people pay full price for anything!
Common Misconceptions : Common Misconceptions I can buy generic for the same cost or less.
If you can find a brand name product at a rock bottom price and stock up…it is usually less than the brand name.
A good example is cereal. Brand name cereal is usually at least $2. I pay $1 or LESS for brand name cereals. I stock up on that price!
Common Misconceptions : Common Misconceptions Wal-mart has good deals and I can shop there and save a lot of money.
Wal-mart is one of the worst places to shop, in my opinion.
They do not double coupons and they have been known to not be so coupon friendly.
A lot of times their prices are higher than Kroger or Meijer.
You can get good deals, but you can actually get BETTER deals at other stores.
I rarely go to Wal-Mart now unless I have to.
