Today’s Objectives : Today’s Objectives This webinar class is designed to demonstrate to you how you can create amazing graphs to accompany your CMA’s during your listing and/or buyer presentations.
You will learn how to stand out among your competition by providing historical and statistical data in the form of graphs and charts.
This is a great, free & easy tool to use and it should convince your prospective buyer or seller that you are the local expert in their market area.
Slide 3 : To access Market Metrics, go to the Main Menu of NTREIS (MLS)
Select Reports from the Main Menu
Scroll down and click on Market Metrics
Slide 4 : The Market Metrics Wizard will guide you through the simple & easy steps: There are two available features of Market Metrics: Market Dynamics & Pricing Analysis.
We will demonstrate the Market Dynamics feature today. This feature provides the most common and effective graphs. Step #1: Click on Market Dynamics
Slide 5 : Step #2: Select NTREIS (It should already be the defaulted selection)
Slide 6 : Step #3: Select Desired Area Type
Slide 7 : Step #4: Enter Criteria, then click go, put a check mark in your selection
Slide 8 : Step #5: Select Property Type
Slide 9 : Step #6: Select Time Period
Slide 10 : Step #7: Select Price Range
Slide 11 : Step #8: Select # of Bedrooms & # of Bathrooms
Slide 12 : Step #9: Select Range of Square Footage
Slide 13 : Step #10: Select Lot Size
Slide 14 : Step #11: Select Construction Type
Slide 15 : Step #12: Enter Area Info, Review Search Criteria & click go to My Reports
Slide 16 : View Reports / Graphs (click next to see the additional reports)
Slide 17 : Click on any report to view individually (click report options to view other reports)
Slide 18 : Click on data to view data (click drop down menu to view other reports)
Slide 19 : Save report, then print or email desired pages. Reports can be saved as a pdf or jpg.
