VPTC was launched in January 2010 after many hours of researching the virtual paralegal business. I became frustrated that there were very little information on the “virtual paralegal” business. I found a wealth of information on the virtual assistant business but very little geared towards paralegals in general. I have decided to create a community where other virtual paralegals and virtual assistants may come together and network to bring about more recognition and respect to our industry. My goal for The Virtual Paralegal Training Center is to provide training and resources for virtual paralegals to help them start and grow their business; as well as to join forces with virtual assistants to create a community where we can work together virtually as well as we did in the office to meet our mutual clients’ needs. I hope that as members you will take an active role in the development of the training center to ensure that VPTC provides the training and resources you need to help you grow professionally as well as personally. As a member of The Virtual Paralegal Training Center you may contribute to the community in various ways, for example: • Submitting news and articles relevant to the virtual paralegal and virtual law industry. • Submitting guest Blog posts and tips that is relevant to the virtual paralegal business. • Interact with other members by submitting discussion questions and giving feedback on the training courses using VPTC member forum. • If there is a particular subject you would like VPTC to add to our training program, please email us your questions and topics. © The Virtual Paralegal Training Center™ Virtual Paralegal Newsletter Magazine™ http://virtualparalegaltrainingcenter.com inbox@virtualparalegaltraining.com To get us going I would like to start a new program called the “Forum Question of the Month.” How does it work? • I will post a question or comment relevant to the virtual paralegal business on the Forum for discussion each month. • You will post your questions or comments in response to the monthly question. • To make it more interesting one member of the Forum will win a gift certificate worth $25.00. • This promotion will start in the month of July 2010 and ends December 2010. • Members of the forum are free to submit and post any question relevant to the virtual paralegal and virtual assistant business for discussion as a part of the “forum question of the month”. • However, members are encouraged to posts questions, answers, tips, articles at anytime for discussion. • The winner of the monthly forum question will be posted on the forum as well as in our monthly newsletter.
