Arabic is spoken by more than 400 millions people. You can find many Arabic slangs as any language, but anyway Arabic is Arabic, same letters, and same grammar.
We can say that Arabic is very much the language of Islam, because it is how the Quran is written. In fact, we can find many people learn Arabic for this purpose of reading Quran.
