Velovity-time Graph : Velovity-time Graph What is acceleration during first 5 seconds ? What is acceleration during last 4 seconds ? What is displacements in 5 s and 9 s ? What is average velocity of the moving body during 9 s ?

Answers : Answers Acceleration during first 5 s = 40/5= 8 m/s^2 2. Acceleration during last 4 s = (0-40)/4 = - 10 m/s^2 Displacement in 5 s = (1/2)(5 s)(40 m/s) = 100 m Displacement in 9 s = (1/2)(9 s)(40 m/s) = 180 m 4. Average velocity = 180/9 = 20 m/s
