A 30 minute 1 – 1 session to help the member get focused on the health and fitness goals they want to achieve and to have the right attitude to attain it.

Read through the member’s file to find out what the client wants to achieve
Ensure you have a supply of the Workout Mindset handout
Ensure you have a supply of handouts for their next session – Fun and Relaxation.

Work through the handout explaining what each section means and get the member to complete it
Focus the member on refining their goal and to understand why they are coming to the club
Can take some work explaining what each section means – work with the member at the level they are comfortable with.

You may find that members will want to talk about things other than their fitness and that is fine
It is their session so they can use it for their life or fitness goals
However always aim to bring it back to why they have come to the club.

If the member has it ask them to sign their appointment card
Give them the next handout – Fun and Relaxation
Take them to reception to book their next appointment.

You are there to gain new clients so always think about how you can sell in your services to the member
Have your own literature to give out to inform the member about what you do.

Find out where they store all of the member’s details
Find out how you can promote your services in the club

This will make more effective use of your time and create energy and excitement about what you do
Currently running a pilot when it is ready we will train all energie coaches in how to deliver it
