For every mile-per-hour over 55, fuel burns 1 ½% faster. That means that if a given vehicle gets 20mpg at 55mph, it would only get 15.5mpg at 65mph. Slide 14 : EasyTracGPS, Inc. Enhanced Security & Peace Of Mind “Geofence Zone Alert” What’s a geofence you ask? See that red square on the right? That’s a geofence! It’s very simply a virtual boundary. Dispatch can set a fence around your terminal. If one of your vehicles moves after hours without authorization, and the geofence is penetrated either coming or going, a text message and/or email will be sent to a predetermined individual(s). You would then login to the ComTrac system, locate your vehicle, and notify the authorities. The ultimate peace of mind! A “Geo-Fence Notification Alert”
Slide 15 : EasyTracGPS, Inc. Lower Insurance Premiums What does a fleet-wide speed limit do for our clients? It enables pro-activity versus reaction! Some drivers have “the curse of the lead foot”. Our clients expose themselves to a great deal of liability, on a daily basis, because of this fact. A driver with a speeding habit is a very real concern for the fleet owner/operator. And couple that with unnecessary wear and tear on your vehicles, and the benefits of the “Speed Alert” are obvious!

The complexity of the insurance industry cannot be overstated! 100’s of different variables are taken into account when an underwriting department is determining premiums. Some examples are, where your business is located, what kind of materials you transport, driving history of your employees, value of your mobile asset, etc. etc. Couple this with the fact that insurance providers are governed by the laws of the state in which they’re incorporated, and also understanding that the law varies from state to state. Since this is such a delicate dance, EasyTracGPS maintains a passive role when it comes to counseling our clients on their fleet insurance. For the most part, we counsel to AT LEAST INQUIRE about lower premiums with your provider. You should receive SOME financial benefit from it….but YOU have to make the attempt! We CANNOT do this for you. (Note: To qualify for certain lower premiums, the ComTrac™ device would need to be given a “Theft & Recovery Device” designation by your fleet insurance provider. The ComTrac™ NVG 2-Way Messaging 2-Way Constant Communications 2-Way Constant Communications Between Your Dispatch & Drivers If you’ll notice to the left, highlighted in blue is “Message to NAV Device”. This is where your communication begins. Your dispatcher selects a specific vehicle, which opens up the interactive action panel. They then have a choice of 3 different messaging options…
1) Text Message
2) Yes/No Message
3) Return Options Your fleet is hard at work in the field. An emergency call comes in from a new client. Your dispatcher has a question for your driver. Your driver receives the question on the NVG and sends a response back to dispatch..

To ask the question expecting a Yes/No response, or…. Your dispatcher offers a list of responses. The message gets shot out into thin air… and instantly arrives at the in-vehicle NVG!
Slide 21 : Turn-By-Turn Voice Navigation EasyTracGPS, Inc. The ComTrac™ NVG “Voice Navigation” Your dispatcher sends the new destination to the drivers’ NVG, and the updated route is INSTANTLY recalculated. And here’s what your driver would see on his end… If you’ll notice on the left, dispatch has two options when rerouting a driver to a new destination. They can input the physical address and then press “send”. Or they can drag the “red crosshairs” that you see until they’re directly over the desired location. The address will be auto-calculated and will then appear in the “address field” in the routing directions panel. The dispatcher presses “send”.
Again, the address gets shot out into thin air… And then instantly arrives at the NVG. The unit chimes to let your driver know there is an incoming message…
Slide 22 : EasyTracGPS, Inc. The ComTrac™ NVG “Voice Navigation” Turn-By-Turn Voice Navigation When your driver wants to access the navigation platform, what they see is the screen to the left. This is the main menu, and provides access to all of the functions of the navigation features. When the NVG is initially powered, the satellites will “sync-up” will the integrated GPS receiver. While this is in process, the display will indicate a location lock for your driver The NVG offers two different map views and, in addition, you driver can choose to also change the orientation of the map view. What you see on the left is our “Headin Up” view. The ComTrac-NVG offers two different mapping formats, two dimensional (2D) or three dimensional (3D). If you look to the left, you’ll see an example of the 3D format. No external hardware or keyboard interfacing is required. The NVG is a “touch-screen platform”, incorporating a Qwerty Keyboard for ease-of-use in communications and interaction.
