ENGLISH : ENGLISH When studying a foreign language, there are 4 skills to practice. 1-Reading 2-Writing 3-Listening 4-Speaking Which skill is the most difficult for you?

Slide 5 : CONFIDENCE When learning English, many speakers worry that they are going to make a mistake, or that the people listening will not understand them. But if a message is given confidently, the listener won’t worry about any mistakes.

Slide 6 : Have you noticed that some people seem to have more confidence than others. How do you know when a person is self-confident?

Do not ask: ‘What will people think if I do that?’ Say: ‘People think about themselves.’ Boosting self-esteem and improving self-confidence is being aware that people aren't thinking of you. They are often thinking about themselves. Do you remember the last time you were embarrassed? Do you remember the last time someone else was embarassed? to be embarassed – to feel uneasy

Slide 11 : 5. Listen to what you tell yourself. Do you call yourself stupid, fat, ugly, or foolish? Boosting self-esteem and improving self-confidence involves treating yourself kindly.
