Slide 7 : Supply/Demand Agreements
LCs cooperate with one another to supply particular EPs/TNs with each other to meet a specific demand, either for the market they operate in or for a particular PBOX. What type of partnership?
Slide 8 : What type of partnership? CEEDs around PBOXs
Your LC is running a PBOX on social entrepreneurship, and you
partner with an overseas LC who is also running a social
entrepreneurship PBOX.
They work with your PBOX teams to share their own PBOX management experience and how to successfully run PBOXs within the topic
They help you in marketing your PBOX, and raising TNs from which their LC also has an EP supply after focussing on the same topic.
They assist in recruiting members, including people who will become EPs immediately, for the TNs that their own PBOXs is raising.
Slide 9 : What type of partnership? CEEDs based on particular market interrelationships
You may identify that your country and another country have a
strong market connections, or that particular industries in your
own environment are strong in another particular area of
another country
Imagine the impact of selling a TN to a company interested in expansion to Japan, if you actually have a Japanese AIESECer with you on that meeting
Imagine the impact of a Malaysian AIESECer talking about the cultural diversity within his country and opportunities for exchange there with a group of people interested in exchange to Malaysia.
Slide 10 : Study Tours
Plan out activities in the country to take advantage of the opportunities that exist between your two LCs (company appointments, recruitment talks, etc).
Is there a growing trade relationship between your two countries?
Are there companies/organisations who would be interested in EPs from my country, and vice versa?
Are there common industries which are strong in both cities?
If you are focusing on similar topics, use the study tour as an opportunity to learn about each others PBOXs, and even help develop them further, by meeting partners, recruiting, etc. What type of partnership?
