IELTS _ READING SKILLS : IELTS _ READING SKILLS Goal: “Learning to scan an article or a report for the most important information is essential – especially when you are working to a deadline.” Or The least time to read, the most information to achieve

: Some questions we must focus when we read a paragraph or a text: How long does it take? How many correct answers do you get? Ex: Read a text in page 4 and note time when you read. 1st: Time to read

Surveying skill : Surveying skill Read any titles, headings and subtitles Look for captions on diagrams, tables, graphs, illustrations Skim over the text for general idea. (look at carefully about introduction) ( it takes one or two minutes – ignore the words you don’t know)
