FIGURATIVE LANGUAGE : FIGURATIVE LANGUAGE Metaphors Similes & Hyperbole

FIGURATIVE LANGUAGE : FIGURATIVE LANGUAGE Metaphor states that one thing is something else. is a comparison, that does NOT use like or as to make the comparison. Simile A simile compares one thing to another using the words like or as to connect the things being compared.
