In this questions the evaluations will be done using the Likert scale Strongly agree 5 Agree 4 Neither agree nor disagree 3 Disagree 2 Strongly disagree 1 Completely Disagree 0 5-It’s a good Idea to let know how the member is doing and after evaluation share this information with him/her. 6-Comments will NOT be evaluated for the purpose of this, but you can write about the person’s achievements and if this is the STAR member this could be a good source of information to inform other members during ceremony. 7-Excused Absences from Meetings will be accounted as if the member was at the meeting. The VP is expected to give the absent AIESECer a meeting briefing 8-Bonus Points Will Be awarded using the Following Table Action Points Hand Out Flyers/Put Posters during recruitment 5 Brought Someone to Join AIESEC 10 Helped in a functional Area that he was not in 7 The person Brought Someone to an AIESEC event 9 Going to NLC,NATCO,CLC or any conference 10 Coordinate a National Or International Event 10 Present On Info-booth 5 Present on Info-session and talked about his/her experience with AIESEC without being asked. 10 Filled Out meeting Evaluation 3 per evaluation on time, Max 10 pts, 1 when filled completely after deadline If the question #13 exceeds 100% for each 10% above 100% you get 5 bonus points 9-Bonus Points Must Be Accounted For and added to the Total score of the Member 10-If two members from a team have the same score they both pass to the next phase of evaluation 11-In each Evaluation the question #13 is subject to each VP and LC standards and can be changed only after discussing with his/her team. 12-It’s advised to the member to create a portfolio containing information about suggested ideas, contributions to the team and the LC as well as the times logged to my@.net for informative purposes For the questions in which it is asked if the member contributes with new ideas and demonstrates initiative the VP is in charge of maintaining a record of the suggestions made by the member with new ideas, new strategies, etc. Important For this ideas to be measured each VP has to know how many ideas where introduced and how many ideas were made by each member. Advise each member to write in their portfolio the tasks that where asked for and the tasks that where completed successfully also the VP will be in charge of the record of the tasks given. Also how many did the member completed on time. It’s a good idea for the members to write the date hey logged on to myaiesec.net to learn about things they didn’t know how to work on at first. This demonstrates initiative. (See question 6) The must be some kind of reward for the members who did well during the evaluation period for example members above 45 points on average evaluation. The members that are selected from the first group will be assigned a Random number 2. Before evaluations the VP must write down the number of the member assigned to evaluate. 3.
