Pennwriters Conference Consignee

Pennwriters, Inc. Annual Pennwriters Conference Consignee Agreement By signing the Pennwriters, Inc. Author’s Release form, you’ve agreed to accept the following terms for consignment sales at the Pennwriters Merchandise Tables at the current Annual Pennwriters Conference. You and an agent for Pennwriters, Inc. have agreed to the title(s), price(s) (not including tax), and number of each identified item received in consignment. All items sold at the Merchandise Tables (excluding clothing) will be charged Pennsylvania State tax. Merchandise can be picked up anytime, but must be picked up by 10:00 AM Sunday of the Conference. At the time of pick up, the consignor and an agent for Pennwriters will agree on the number of, and identity of items returned. Both will signify by again signing the Author’s Release form. Payment for all items sold by Pennwriters, Inc. at the Merchandise Tables will be forwarded to the consignor by the organization Treasurer within a reasonable time period following the conference. At the time of payment, a 10% service fee will be deducted. Items accepted for sale at the Merchandise Tables are at the discretion of the Merchandise Table Coordinator. We will accept any written material penned by the consignor which is not available through the bookseller. This includes self-published, small press, out of print, etc. books, magazines, CDs, tapes, or any other unnamed media. We will also accept items related to writing, publishing, and/or editing of the written word, as illustration, prints, certificates for critiques or edits, etc. Other items will be considered if offered by a member of Pennwriters, Inc. or a guest or speaker at the current Annual Pennwriters Conference.
