What is H4TF? : What is H4TF? The stage for members who are planning to take any further active responsibilities in AIESEC until they decide on their future (after AIESEC) steps and are moving into Alumnus stage. H4TF stage might differ in time for different individuals.

prepare members to become alumni and to stay involved in the LC and have a positive impact
provide opportunity for partners to interact with AIESEC top talents
Goals : Goals Delivering a platform for oldies to reflect and share their experiences and activities within one’s @XP.
Providing activities for a better integration and Utilization of Oldies in the LCs.
Supporting Oldies in their career planning by e.g. organising workshops and arranging contacts to externals.
