Slide 6 : Membership Overall The number of young people in the world has never been higher. In all, there are more than one billion and almost nine out of 10 live in the developing world.
Young people make up nearly half of the ranks of the world's unemployed, and, for example, that the Middle East and North Africa region alone must create 100 million jobs by 2020 in order to stabilize its employment situation
Quality of education and adaptability of skilled workers to the growing needs of the economy is needed today in most countries but is not provided by the education system. It is also one of the measures of competitiveness of a country.

Sustainable DTs : Sustainable DTs 1. Create a long term vision for the non-corporate sector in your MC / LC Suggested topics of the long term vision:
a) The revenue generation aspect of the non-corporate sector (e.g “we have constant revenue flow for LCs and MCs, we are increasing our financial sustainability through the non-corporate sector”, etc.)
b) Partnerships with different organizations (e.g United Nations Agencies for your PBOXes, Learning Networks, etc.)
c) If you are an MC member and are responsible for the non-corporate know-how in your country / territory, ensure that there are responsibles in place, your LC responsibles / members understand the importance of the sector and there is a right know how to approach these organizations successfully
d) If you are an MC member, ensure that there is a coordination between your LCs and framework of work in order to maintain and increase AIESEC image in this sector
e) There is capacity to apply and deliver upon your projects / initiatives at different foundations
Slide 18 : 2. Identify what segment you would like to focus on in the coming term from the broad area of non- corporate relations
3. In case you are aiming at revenue generation, define your financial target for your LC / MC term
4. In case you are aiming at increasing the number of your non-financial partners, define the type of non- corporate partnerships you would like to develop and concrete measurable goals to achieve in these partnerships by the end of your term
Steps : Preparation; identifying what it is you need funding for depending on what you will be focusing on in the AIESEC term. Research on Opportunities and networks.
Submitting your application; develop project plan and guidelines, and budget.
Building and maintaining relationships; Finally, the last stage of the ER and NCR strategy is to initiate a relationship with the potential partner and make sure to deliver on what they have promised. Steps
