Short Term AIESEC XP Program : Short Term AIESEC XP Program
What is a Short Term AIESEC XP? : What is a Short Term AIESEC XP? An AIESEC XP in which a member goes through the @XP stages in 6 or less months.
The characteristics of a short term @XP are:
• Duration between 3 and 6 months
• It always includes exchange.
• It is intense for the individual and for the organization
Short-term AIESEC XP : Short-term AIESEC XP X + L
Why is it relevant? : Why is it relevant? Our members often have intensive leadership practice but not enough international experience
We strive to allow more people to experience a complete AIESEC XP and have the experience of both a leadership role and a cultural exchange
Through this, we provide more flexibility and can diversify our market for people on who we can have an impact
