I think this video is an oversimplification of what leadership really entails. The first thing that came to mind when I first saw the video (thanks George) was the saying, "The blind leading the blind." It does little to address the notions of distributed leadership and reciprocity where each actor is encouraged and pave one's own path to success. What I do like about this video is how it supports the idea of modeling certain behavior, but modeling is only one aspect of leadership that may or may not be needed depending on the particular moment in question.
