Management Internship - By entering your organisation into this type of Internship, your organisation will receive a match to an Intern with academic background, interest and/or work experience in areas related to management. Development Internship - By entering your organisation into this type of Internship, your organisation will receive a match to an Intern with academic background, interest and/or work experience in community development issues. These areas may include children’s rights, environmental issues, education, rural development and entrepreneurship.

This “Internship Job Questionnaire”, is considered a formal contract and commitment between AIESEC and the company/organisation stated on this form. Both parties should keep an original copy with official stamps and signatures of both the company/organisation and AIESEC. Both parties should sign changes that are made after signing the contract, or a new contract should be completed and signed.
In accepting to take a Intern through AIESEC, the company/organisation is committing to:
Following all conditions and procedures exactly as elaborated in the above Internship Questionnaire, including training, work conditions, job description, and pay, unless otherwise agreed upon by the Intern and AIESEC.
Providing guidance and training for the Intern to achieve the objectives agreed upon and feedback about his/her performance during the Internship so he/she can learn and improve
Giving AIESEC feedback on the quality of the service they are providing (prior to, during and after the Internship) so they can continuously improve and enhance their services
Paying all due fees to AIESEC, meaning the $____US Fee per completed the Internship Job Questionnaire
Half of the each internship fee shall be paid at the time the Internship Job Questionnaire is filled out & the contract is signed, and the other half shall be paid upon arrival on each intern.
The first half of the internship fee, paid at the time the Internship Job Questionnaire is completed, is non-refundable.
The interns’ salaries should be paid on the last day of every month of the internship. Payment by the company/organization begins on the last day of the first month of the internship.
In the case that the intern arrives in the middle of the month and therefore his/her first paid work week is the second, third, or fourth week of the month, the salary shall be pro-rated according to the proportion of days worked in that month, amounting to an equal proportion of the full monthly salary.
Show interest in maximum 3 candidates in the same time, 5 days at the most after they were presented to the company (if extra selection or negotiation is needed - telephone interviews, chats, tests etc)
Accept one intern 8 days at the most after showing interest
Rejection is possible just based on valid reasons (when candidates do not fulfill the requirements mentioned in this “Internship Job Questionnaire”)
Time extension (over 5 days for showing interest or 8 days to acceptance) is possible just with the agreement of AIESEC and the candidate(s) involved.
AIESEC is committing to:
Finding qualified candidates for the position offered by the company/organisation from AIESEC’s pool of candidates
Providing the company/organisation with the necessary information about the candidate in order to make a decision to accept or reject the intern
Providing support to the Intern to integrate him/her into the local environment (accommodation, transportation, bank account, insurance, visa, etc.)
Evaluating the Intern and Internship experience
Contract ends:
When the intern ends the internship according to this contract, unless the company/organization, AIESEC and the intern decide to continue (for at the most 1 year and a half). In this case, a written note is needed from the company/organization with this request and with the intern’s acceptance
When both parts agree to do so
When AIESEC or the intern is not fulfilling the responsibilities AIESEC will provide a new intern in the shortest time possible and with no costs or will refund the company/organization the € 600 paid upon arrival of intern if company does not require more interns.
When the company/organization is not fulfilling the responsibilities. In this case no refund is possible according to the moment when it happens and also the company/organization has to pay extra costs: travel and visa costs of the intern if it happens after signing the acceptance note; travel, visa costs and one month salary if it happens in less than 3 months after the internship started, 50% travel and visa costs and one month salary if it happens after 3 months of internship.
