Then click Insert > Object. With the Create New tab active, scroll down the list to Wave Sound – highlight it and ensure that the Display as icon checkbox is ticked. Click OK. Record your sound: the controls to do this replicate those of a cassette recorder. Close the recording dialog box. To play the sound file, double click the speaker icon.
