Twittering Through Time
Background: You are to imagine that you were present at different historical events and have the ability to “tweet” what happened as you were there.
Requirements:
Research the given event beyond the notes provided in class.
Give a 1st hand account of what you “see.”
Follow Twitter style
U shld use txt vrnaculr
U r limited 2 140 characters
That includes spaces
You must include at least 2 clarifying points
You will understand the event better than others in the class who will also see this. Therefore, a “clarifying point” will be used to assist others to understand what you are referring to. See the example below
The clarifying points will NOT count against your 140 character maximum.
To include the clarifying point, put brackets around a number, and then give the information below, like a footnote. [1]

You are also expected to “Tweet Back” to at least 2 other events.
It must be in direct response to the original tweet.
It must be in “historical context,” as if you were alive at that time also.

Living in Geneva under the Consistory
Munster Rebellion
Anabaptists moving to America
The Inquisition – either on the interviewer or interviewed side
Living in King Henry VIII’s Court.
