Take the challenge of a new “part-time activity” at the age of 40 to 50. Select an activity totally different from what you are professionally doing currently. In the selection of your “part-time activity” consider: To be retrenched also earlier than the age of retirement. The “part-time activity” should provide satisfaction and a good money income. Don’t be afraid to come out from your “comfort zone” to experience new activity. Do a study on availability, with particular attention on new technology. Be ready for changes, have ready alternative activity on hand. Stretch yourself don’t be contented of your “comfort zone”. Technology is evolving daily, take advantage of it, begin the “part-time activity”, with interest to learn, sense of humour and positive philosophy. Continue to learn, or risk to fall behind.
