Research shows that Versatility is a strong predictor of job performance. Versatility is comparable to other measures, such as intelligence, education, and personality.
Versatility is defined as a person’s ability to temporarily modify their behaviors and actions to make others more comfortable that their concerns and expectations are being met within the interpersonal relationship.
