Relaters & Socializers : Relaters & Socializers Alike Relationship oriented Interactions important Differences Relaters – approach with caution Socializers – approach with a “go-get-’em” attitude

Thinkers & Directors : Thinkers & Directors Alike Task-oriented Concentrate on one task at a time Differences Thinkers – approach with caution and forethought Directors – approach with high energy and enthusiasm

Directors & Socializers : Directors & Socializers Alike High-energy workers Enthusiastic and fast-paced Differences Directors – focus on completing tasks Socializers – excel at relating with people

Relaters and thinkers : Relaters and thinkers Alike Cautious people Consider pros and cons Differences Relaters – value interactions Thinkers – concentrate on task
