Energy Work Techniques : Energy Work Techniques

Energetic Restructuring : Energetic Restructuring The use of various techniques to channel, direct, and modulate energy in the mind, body and physical surroundings for the purpose of removing obstacles and increasing health, well-being, happiness, peace and prosperity.

Restructuring Techniques : Restructuring Techniques Reiki Meditation Feng Shui Aromatherapy Emotional Freedom Techniques

: These techniques are called Energetic Restructuring because they change the cellular frequency of the body, mind and surroundings. The higher the cellular frequency, the better the body’s health, the better the mood, and the fewer the obstacles in the surroundings and the better the energy flow.

ReikiReiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy. : ReikiReiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. Feng Shui : Feng Shui The ancient art of placement, in which objects within a structure are arranged so as to produce an optimum flow of Chi or life force energy. Increasing the energy flow of a space increases the vibrational frequency of the space, thereby affecting the health, happiness, peace and prosperity of those that reside in that space. One of the tenets of Feng Shui is that in order to have a harmonious life, one needs to reflect the balance of nature in daily life. Objects are arranged so that they reflect Yin and Yang, and the five elements of Wind, Water, Earth, Fire, and Metal.

Aromatherapy : Aromatherapy A practice which involves use of essential plant oils to improve mood, health and well-being. Essential oils are primarily inhaled and absorbed through the skin when applied topically. Oral ingestion is not the usual method of delivery, and oils should only be ingested if they are therapeutic grade and only under by those with sufficient knowledge and experience with such practices.

Emotional Freedom Technique : Emotional Freedom Technique An acupressure technique in which the practitioner stimulates certain tapping points that correct a disruption in the body’s energy system and can control chronic pain, emotional issues, addictions and cravings, bad habits, relationship issues, and can even affect the energy field of inanimate objects.

What do all these methods have in common? : What do all these methods have in common? They restructure energy flow and raise the vibrational frequency of the atoms, cells and the whole organism.

Bruce Lipton, "The Biology of Belief" : Bruce Lipton, "The Biology of Belief" Every cell in the human body has little antennae, or energy receptors on the surface of the cell, and with these receptors they receive energy signals from other energy fields. Your thoughts and feelings, as well as the energy frequency of other people, places and things can raise or lower the cellular frequency and therefore effect your mood, health, and wellbeing. Our beliefs turn our genes on and off and cause our body to respond to PERCEIVED dangers in the environment.

Healthy Cellular Frequency : Healthy Cellular Frequency A healthy human body has an energy frequency of between 62 and 72 Hz. As the frequency drops, 58 Hz – colds and flu 55 Hz – Candida 52 Hz – Epstein Barr 42 Hz - Cancer

Effects on Cellular Frequency : Effects on Cellular Frequency Fresh fruits and vegetables – up to 15 Hz Dried herbs – 12 to 22 Hz Fresh herbs – 20 to 27 Hz Essential Oils – 52 to 320 Hz Canned Foods – 0 Hz You can see that essential oils have one of the best potentials to influence your cellular frequency.
