Where do I find wisdom? : Where do I find wisdom? Listening to your stakeholders. Connecting with new ideas without paradigms. Sharing with everybody what do you is thinking.

Critical interactions inside the EB : Critical interactions inside the EB How work even better with your team.

Presidency : Presidency Alignment regarding SOLA, BSC and SOX for generation of the best messages. Sistemic analysis. Dissemination inside the EB about IM related topics such as Knowledge Management and MyAIESEC.net. Guarantee the best interaction with operations and communication. Build the behavior of support.

Operations : Operations Understand the different deliverables for OGX and ICX according to the LC reality. Give support in order to acelerate the LC results. Products management. Guarantee the best usage of the timeline for ICX and OGX.

Support : Support Understand different inputs from the support areas: Communication, Finances and Talent Management. Behave like a service provider or a consultant. Use a strong stakeholder focus.

Communication : Communication Build together the channels of information and communication of the LC. Validate these channels regarding the dissemination of the message. Work close ensuring that the LC is understanding the messages of the EB.
