اِظْهَار حَلْقِي Idhaar literally means “clear”. If a Noon Saakinah or Tanween is followed by any of the six throat letters, then the Noon Saakinah or Tanween is pronounced clearly from its Makhraj. There is NO GHUNNAH done in this case.
