QB : Global Support Teams (GSTs) – virtual teams assisting AIESEC International (AI) in managing various areas (Communication, Talent Management, etc.) on the global level. The eXchange area is supported by: QB

QB : eXchange Quality Board (XQB) - virtual team responsible for ensuring education around enhancing the quality of the eXchange experience for EPs and TN Takers and is responsible for assessing cases and delivering conclusions to cases based on the International eXchange Policies and Quality Standards (IXPQS). QB

OLICIES AND STANDARDS : International eXchange Policies and Quality Standards (IXPQS) – the set of policies and standards that regulate AIESEC’s eXchange programme on the global level. OLICIES AND STANDARDS

OLICIES AND STANDARDS : 01 - International Exchange Policies: Contains all the overall policies related to exchange that basically define what it is, the participants and general regulations around the whole process from start to end. 02 - Statement of Understanding: The roles and responsibilities of all parties involved in an AIESEC exchange: the Sending and Hosting LCs, Member Committees, Host organizations, and Interns. OLICIES AND STANDARDS : 03 - Complaint Procedures: This section offers guidelines on how to raise or manage complaints raised against any party involved in an internship. 04 - Exchange Process Standards: The minimum services that AIESEC must provide to an intern or organization in specific areas of the exchange process are clearly outlined in this section. OLICIES AND STANDARDS : 05 - Privacy Policy: This is in reference to MyAIESEC.net and it outlines the use of information provided by interns and organizations. Organizations shall be provided a copy of this policy as an annex to the contract in order to ensure they understand the use of information by AIESEC. 06 - Annual Revision Process: Outlines the process to review and improve IXPQS. OLICIES AND STANDARDS : IXPQS 2009 – What’s new? - Changes from “SN” to “EP” and from “Insight XP” to “MyAIESEC.net”. - Maximum number of internships: from 2 internships to as many as possible within the limited period of 36 months abroad. - Age limit to apply for X: up to 30 years old; for full time AIESEC members – up to 3 years after their graduation / mandate. OLICIES AND STANDARDS : IXPQS 2009 – What’s new? - Minimum duration of an internship: from 8 weeks (2 months) to 6 weeks (1.5 months). - Countries must have a national minimum requirement of accommodation for interns. - X Measurement System: instead of 12 evaluations for all stakeholders – 1 X stage survey for EPs by the end of internship and 1 optional survey for TN Takers.
