If AIESEC UiS wants for instance to realize 10 EXCHANGES in QUARTER 2 and the REALIZATION rate should be 80% (as a goal set by the LC) then the process looks like this: 10 EPs REALIZED in Q2 REALIZATION RATE= 80% 12 EPs MATCHED MATCHING RATE= 80% 15 EPs RAISED RETENTION RATE= 80% 18 EPs to SELECT Fulfilling the selection of criteria= 70% 25 EPs to APPLY Power of Three : X+TM+CMM = Synergy
