Setting GOALS for POCKET RECRUITMENT
The process of setting goals for Pocket recruitment starts with how many EXCHANGES you want to REALIZE in the following period and also taking into account the realization, matching and retention rate of the EXCHANGE PARTICIPANTS.
If AIESEC UiS wants for instance to realize 10 EXCHANGES in QUARTER 2 and the REALIZATION rate should be 80% (as a goal set by the LC) then the process looks like this:
10 EPs REALIZED in Q2
REALIZATION RATE= 80%
12 EPs MATCHED
MATCHING RATE= 80%
15 EPs RAISED
RETENTION RATE= 80%
18 EPs to SELECT
Fulfilling the selection of criteria= 70%
25 EPs to APPLY
