Re-Directing Members : Re-Directing Members Have you had to re-direct a misplaced post- if so what is your style like?
Key Points to keep in mind while re-directing
Give good descriptive instructions for where the member could post.
Offer a tip, suggestion, or a simple recognition of their question/post
Don’t forget to welcome them as they are usually new members in this situation
Who Are You Thread? : Who Are You Thread? After our conversation on the PV Forum, I noticed a lot more PV activity in this thread (GREAT!)
I think that if we are attentive this thread is not a problem
What are your WHO ARE YOU strategies?
Some things I noticed:
Re-directing to post their own thread
Support kind welcoming words
Other resource suggestions/problem solving certain questions
Check in. : Check in. With any time left we will do a check in of our PVs
Moves, sleep, respite, hospice, personal illness, personal changes, jobs/volunteer positions, holidays
