- We’re still far from achieving our MEMBERSHIP goal..
- We’re loosing in competition with CYs which has similar/bigger goals or realities..
- We have very week culture of OGX direction & even not enough positions covered..
- We don’t have XP in doing successful ST Recruitment…
- We are under effect of Economical Crisis &
Pig Flu..
But what is still good? “ + ” : But what is still good? “ + ” + We still have 1 whole month to overcome the GAP!!!
+ We have STRONG TM commission & half of LCPs with XP in Recruitment who can DRIVE the situation!!!
+ We have good GCPs (cooperation's, online promotion, CEEDs ect) & all needed recourses
+ We have NEW MEMBERS whom you can involve in recruitment
+ We can percieve appeird disease as an opportunity, (will discuss how)

The only place opportunity cannot be found is in a closed-minded person.
