Create your Skype account and share your username. Participate in a Voicethread project that your facilitator will create for you.

A podcast is a series of digital media files, usually either digital audio or video, that is made available for download via web syndication. It is generally in mp3 o AAC format. Podcasts, videocasts or vodcasts can be downloaded and retrieved later by the user in a computer or portable audio device. (Wikipedia, 2009)

They can be embedded in Wikis, Blogs and any other Web 2.0 site.

Download the free version of Audacity 1.2.6 or 1.3 Beta (Unicode) and the lame.dll file Create your audio file. See the following slide. Go to http://www.podbean.com/ Sign up, confirm your account request and log in. Then, follow the tutorial to publish your podcast.
