Intention Cards : Intention Cards Every night write down 6 items to do to get you closer to achieving your goals
The next day complete your tasks in the order that you have written them down
If you have not completed the list, for example if item 5 & 6 are still left undone, put them as items 1 & 2 to do for the next day
Goal Boards : Goal Boards Create a Goal Board with pictures that symbolize your achieved goals and place it in an area where you spend the most time
To get instant reminders of your goals and plans that you have for the future, add some pictures to index cards and carry them with you at all times looking at them frequently
Planners : Planners Pick a planner that is simple and easy for you to use
If you choose to use a electronic planner, print out a daily agenda off of it in case of device failure
If you run a family on top of running a team of business partners thing of having a planner or a calendar dedicated just to family activities and obligations
Journals : Journals One of the best way of knowing of what works and what does not is to keep a daily journal. In it celebrate your achievements and continual improvements
Do not criticize or beat yourself up for things not going your way: remember… this is a journey
