Slide 2 : Product Development This process is about packing the interaction of our products and services with other organizations, creating the standards of what you could and should deliver.

Mapping your benefits Societal impact Personal and professional development International experience Global Network While the benefits are the same for all target audience groups, the reasons why they are a benefit for each target audience differs based on the different “experiences” that these audiences have with our brand. Benefits are what our target audiences (or stakeholders) get out of engaging with AIESEC. Slide 6 : 2. Packing – Is it a good @ product? Before testing it, check out if your product is deliverable, relevant and has a potential in the market.

Slide 7 : 3. Testing Show your products for the external market to get the external perspective regarding all of your products components. You can consider as good externals for this exercise: alumni, BoA, current partners, professors, etc

Product sheets - Memory: To do not forget selling points and key benefits of your product; - Consolidation: It forces you to transform all the ideas in concrete points; - Visual friendly: It needs to help you on positioning your benefits visually for the external audience. Slide 9 : 4. Product sheets When making a product sheet don’t forget to detail: Features: What is the product about? Make sure to use a simple and non-aiesecer language, so everyone can understand it. Benefits: Why should they buy this product? Detail the benefits as attractive as possible, taking into account the exercise done to create the product itself. Scope: What’s the reach or scale of the product? Use numbers for reference and the profile of the public that can be reached by your product
