At the top, there are the three systems that Account Mangers will have to use to accomplish successfully their roles in their periods. At the bottom, specific questions about other things involved into your partnership management.
This new tool was designed to improve our management of our partnerships. There are many procedures that most of the actual Account Managers doesn't know they exist or they think is not their business. For that, AT&T was created. The Accounts Timeliner & Tracker is a health service measurement for the account management. Divided into stages it has every thing you have to do as Account Manager has to be fullfilled every month and it will tell you what things are of your entire responsibility and in which ones you need help from your LC's areas. Its goal is to improve the relationship with our partners being accountable while exploting new possible partnership opportunities.
Durante este periodo se manejarán 4 sistemas en el cual todos los procedimientos de ER deberán de ser llenadas.
A continuación el detalle
Partnership: Es la seccion de myaiesec.net de acuerdo al account management y en donde se pondrán los comentarios establecidos para el correcto y eficiente manejo de cuentas.
GSS - ER - AM: Este sistema es el usado para la segmentación de las empresas en los diferentes niveles locales. Aunque ya sean partners se deben de colocar ciertods detalles en el apartado "Comments".
Measurement: Es el sistema para la realización de las mediciones de calidad. Se lleva a cabo por medio de la plataforma myaiesec.net en la sección de Exchange. Estos deben de realizarse con cierta periocidad, pre-establecida por AI.
Chepe- Type_Si Exchange, Supporter, Financial, Learning, In-kind o Media
Scale: Local (LAM), Clave (KAM) o Nacional (NAM).
Aquellos que no tengan un sistema de tracking preestablecido (Parnterhips & ER GSS) se ponen en el comentario pues son trabajo de las cuentas pero son fundamentales para otras áreas y esas áreas son las que le dan tracking.
